What a great job you've done compiling your map and you've added some really interesting information, it's fascinating to see how far New Zealand lamb is exported around the world. The UK imports a lot of meat from various countries, did you manage to find out how much they import from New Zealand? I lived in England many years ago and we used to buy NZ lamb once a week, along with some NZ wine and NZ gala apples just to make us feel like connected to home.
